Regardless of how beautiful your smile is, the alignment of your jaw may cause your smile to be misaligned. There are many factors that can affect jaw alignment, including thumb-sucking, grinding at night and swallowing. Dr. Swanson has a unique knowledge of how your jaw aligns  and has completed thousands of hours of continuing education in gnathology, the science of jaw alignment.

Using a special instrument called an articulator, Dr. Swanson can duplicate your bite to see exactly how it lines up and where it can be improved. This advanced method is more precise than simply putting two models together.  When combined with his trained eye, he can produce a smile that is not only beautiful, but straight, as well.
